The Ottawa Junior 67's AAA are pleased to announce the following coaches for the 2011-2012 season:

Major Midget AAA - Head Coach - Colin Glenn

Team Liaison: Peter McCrank

Colin Glenn comes to the Ottawa Junior 67's AAA Hockey Club with 22 years of coaching experience at all levels - from Junior B to house league.  Coaching is a passion for Colin and for the last seven years he has been coaching with the Ottawa Sting Minor Hockey Association.  He has also assisted with the Ottawa Junior 67's "AAA".

In 2009, Colin was awarded Coach of the Year within the Ottawa Sting Minor Hockey Association. Colin has also been involved with the Gloucester Minor Hockey Association as well as assisting with the Carleton Place Junior B Hockey Club.

Colin played competitive Minor Hockey with the Gloucester Rangers. After that he played Junior B hockey in the Ottawa and Ottawa Valley area for 3 years and played 2 years on the Varsity team at Sir Sandford Fleming College in Peterborough, Ontario.

On top of his time spent coaching, Colin also serves on the Executive of the Ottawa Sting Minor Hockey Association.

As a coach, Colin emphasizes commitment to the team, discipline, respect and, above all, hard work. He holds himself, as well as his staff and team to high standards in these areas and this leads to achieving the twin goals of player development and team success on the ice.

Minor Midget AAA - Head Coach - John Yablonski

Team Liaison: Dan Xatruch

John Yablonski brings to the Ottawa Junior 67's AAA Hockey Club 22 years of coaching experience at the Competitive level. He has coached the last 4 years with the Jr.67's AAA program, 7 years with the Gloucester Rangers and 11 years prior were spent with Orleans Minor Hockey (5 years) and East Ottawa Voyageurs (6 years).

John surrounds himself with experienced, dedicated assistant coaches who provide him with a balanced bench staff in which the players develop and thrive. John's coaching philosophy is very straight forward; from his players he expects Commitment, Discipline, Character, and Passion for the game! This past season John's team swept the final series of the playoffs and missed coming in first in the league by a mere 2 points. The team attended the OHL Cup and played outstanding being eliminated in the quarter finals. At the prestigious Marlies tournament the team was ranked 1st out of 54 teams after the round robin.

Major Bantam AAA - Head Coach - Dave Robinson

Team Liaison: Nicole Plaschy

Dave Robinson recently moved to Ottawa from London, Ontario where he was a head coach with the London Junior Knights for the last five years and assistant coach for one year. Prior to that he was both a head coach and assistant coach in Calgary, Alberta.

Dave comes very highly recommended with experience coaching teams from Atom to Midget. He has been selected to coach at the OHF/OHL Under 16 Program of Excellence on two occasions. Through the years Dave has accumulated many tournament championship trophies and has had many close calls. His teams have won a number of league and playdown championships and Dave has guided two teams to the provincials, winning a silver medal both times.

The dedication, sacrifice and effort that Dave puts into his coaching models what he expects from players. An unfailing desire to compete, work through adversity, engage with the mental part of the game and come together as a team are hallmarks of his team's success.

Minor Bantam AAA - Head Coach - John Robillard
